This mantel clock was made by Elliott of London. Elliott clocks were high quality timepieces, made in London and sold in Garrards (the Crown jeweller), and in high-end London department stores. This one is fairly typical of those made in the 1960’s and 70’s. It has a balance-wheel movement and keeps good time.
